Golden Qi Butterfly Fan
This 8-hour seminar covers the Golden Qi Butterfly fan form based on the Tai Chi Butterfly Fan as taught at TAMA. There are 42 movements in this Golden Qi Butterfly form, using a Chinese fan as a tool. During the seminar, your TAMA Golden Qi instructors will cover the Golden Qi philosophy, safety and health issues for your students. We will cover the environment where you should teach a Golden Qi class and practical teaching techniques.
The seminar includes the definition, health benefits, and practice of natural breathing as it applies to Golden Qi. You will also learn how to end your Golden Qi classes with the traditional bow out. The Butterfly Fan Form improves hand-eye coordination and flexibility. It is particularly well suited to participants at your facility with reduced mental acuity. The colors of the fan and the opening popping sound are particularly attractive to participants. The simple movements of the Golden Qi Butterfly fan do fascinates the participants. This program is a great mental exercise for everyone.
