Golden Qi Short Form
This 8 hour seminar covers 22 movements based on the Yang style of Tai Chi Chuan and the simplified Tai Chi form. During the seminar your TAMA Golden Qi instructors will cover the Golden Qi philosophy, safety and health issues for your students that as an instructor you must consider.
We will cover the environment where you should teach a Golden Qi class, and practical teaching techniques. The seminar covers the definition, health benefits, and practice of natural breathing as it applies to Golden Qi. You will also learn how to end your Golden Qi classes with the traditional bow out.
The Short Form incorporates hand and arm movements, twisting the body, and lifting the legs. Each movement has a specific name. This seminar includes an Instructor’s Handbook, a seminar specific DVD, and a TAMA Certificate of Completion.
